How does it work?
Learningline Studentlinkhandles the relationship with potential students from initial enquiry right through to enrolment stage where they are then handed on to your internal admissions team.

Calls are routed through to our service centre on either an 'overspill basis' – where your own telephone service is overwhelmed with incoming calls, or on a contracted out basis – whereby Learningline handles all calls coming into a specific number at the university. Either way, the calls are answered on behalf of the university, so that the prospective student feels that they are contacting the university itself.

All enquiries are responded to within a guaranteed 24 hours, with a proactive and targeted continued follow-up strategy, designed to ensure that students are not lost at the crucial stage between offer and enrolment.

Learningline staff undertakes detailed product knowledge training in-house as directed by your own Director of Admissions and utilising your marketing material and course brochures. We will also sign up to and agree any confidentiality and exclusivity agreement as required, ensuring complete adherence to university internal quality systems.
